Terms of Service

1. The service

1.1 Wotsim provides prepaid eSIM and SIM data connectivity for travelers, supplied to and through travel businesses such as agencies, tour operators and accommodation providers. 1.2 Connectivity runs over the networks of local operators via our wholesale partners. 1.3 Coverage, speed and network technology (such as 4G or 5G) depend on the local operator and the user’s location.

2. Accounts & partners

• 2.1 Partner accounts are provided for legitimate business use. You are responsible for the activity carried out under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
• 2.2 You may make the service available to your guests directly, through your own team, or — where enabled — through your sub-distributors, in line with these Terms.
• 2.3 You agree to present pricing and information to guests accurately and lawfully.

3. Eligibility & devices

• 3.1 Users must be old enough to enter a binding contract in their country.
• 3.2 A device must be eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked to use an eSIM plan; compatibility should be checked before purchase.
• 3.3 Some destinations legally require identity verification before activation; where this applies, activation depends on completing it.

4. Plans, validity & usage

• 4.1 Each plan includes the data allowance and validity period shown at the time of order. Validity begins on activation or first network attachment unless stated otherwise.
• 4.2 "Unlimited" plans may be subject to fair-use thresholds and speed management applied by the local operator.
• 4.3 Unused data expires at the end of the validity period and is not transferable.
• 4.4 Top-ups, where available, add data to the same line and may carry their own validity.

5. Pricing & payment

5.1 Prices are shown at the point of order in the indicated currency. 5.2 Payments are handled by third-party payment providers; we do not store full card details. 5.3 Prices may change over time, and any change applies only to orders placed after it takes effect.

6. Delivery & activation

6.1 Connectivity is delivered digitally — typically within minutes of a successful order — to the contact details provided. 6.2 Accurate delivery details are the responsibility of the partner or user. 6.3 Removing an installed eSIM from a device may permanently disable it.

7. Acceptable use

7.1 The service must be used lawfully and fairly. 7.2 We may suspend or end access in cases of fraud, abuse, unlawful use, or circumvention of fair-use rules, where necessary to protect the service and other users.

8. Service availability

8.1 We work to keep the service reliable and available, on a global operator network and platform built for dependability. 8.2 Connectivity nonetheless relies on local networks and third parties, and is provided on a best-effort basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted coverage in every location.

9. Intellectual property

9.1 The Wotsim name, platform, panels and content are owned by Wotsim and protected by applicable law. 9.2 Using the service grants no ownership rights beyond the limited right to use it as intended under these Terms.

10. Liability

10.1 To the extent permitted by law, Wotsim is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. 10.2 Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. 10.3 Our total liability relating to the service is limited to the amount paid for the connectivity in question.

11. Governing terms

11.1 These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the agreement between you and Wotsim. 11.2 If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
