Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: June 10, 2026
This policy keeps the network fair and lawful for everyone. It applies to all Nettogo eSIM plans.
1. Prohibited Uses
- Any unlawful activity, including fraud, spam/bulk unsolicited messaging, or network attacks.
- Reselling connectivity, operating SIM-boxes/gateways, or providing fixed-location substitution for permanent home/office internet.
- Machine-to-machine, crypto-mining, or continuous high-volume automated traffic that degrades the network.
- Circumventing fair-use, speed-management, or identity-verification requirements.
2. Fair Use on Unlimited Plans
"Unlimited" plans are intended for normal personal travel use. Local operators may reduce speeds after high daily thresholds or apply traffic management at peak times. Sustained extreme usage may result in suspension.
3. Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate service without refund for breaches of this policy, and may report unlawful activity to authorities where required.
4. Reporting Abuse
Report suspected abuse to abuse@nettogo.com.
