These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nettogo website, mobile experiences and eSIM services (collectively, the "Services"). By purchasing or using a Nettogo eSIM you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. The Service
Nettogo sells prepaid eSIM data plans for use in supported destinations. An eSIM is a digital SIM that lets you activate a mobile data plan without a physical SIM card. Connectivity is provided over the networks of local operators through our wholesale partners. Coverage, speed and network technology (e.g. 4G/5G) depend on the local operator and your location and are not guaranteed.
2. Eligibility & Device Compatibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
- Your device must be eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked. It is your responsibility to verify compatibility before purchase.
- Some destinations may legally require identity verification before activation; where required, activation is conditional on completing it.
3. Plans, Validity & Usage
- Each plan includes the data allowance and validity period shown at checkout. Validity starts upon activation/first network attachment unless stated otherwise.
- "Unlimited" plans may be subject to fair-use thresholds and speed management by the local operator.
- Unused data expires at the end of the validity period and is not refundable or transferable.
- Top-ups, where available, extend data on the same eSIM and may have their own validity.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are shown at checkout in the indicated currency and include applicable charges unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (e.g. Stripe); we do not store your full card details. We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect purchases already completed.
5. Delivery & Activation
eSIMs are delivered digitally (email and/or WhatsApp) typically within minutes of successful payment. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery contact details and for installing the eSIM following the provided instructions. Deleting an installed eSIM from your device may permanently destroy it.
6. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Services lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate service for fraud, abuse, unlawful use, or circumvention of fair-use rules, without refund.
8. Disclaimers & Liability
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the plan giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including mandatory consumer rights).
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
